What Is Yoga?...

Yoga is not fitness, stretching, or exercise.
Yes, by practicing the yogasanas the body becomes more flexible and fit. But that is not the goal. 

The goal is to understand the nature of the human mind, and to be freed of all mental suffering.

Focus on your breath. Everything you need to know exists within the body.

Paloma began her studies in the early 1990's.

She currently teaches at Nemacolin in the

Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania USA.

She also travels globally to spread the

timeless wisdom of yoga.
